1. Licence

By installing or using AgentsEye, you agree to these terms. Subject to this agreement, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for personal or internal business purposes on devices you own or control. The software is licensed, not sold.

2. Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially distribute AgentsEye without written permission; circumvent licence controls; use it for unauthorized access; remove proprietary notices; or reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits.

3. Your accounts and third parties

You are responsible for permission to access the accounts, files, and services you connect. Your use of AI providers, Discord, Apple, and other services remains subject to their own terms. AgentsEye is not affiliated with or endorsed by supported providers unless expressly stated.

4. Usage information and recommendations

Usage percentages, resets, estimates, harness attribution, pace guidance, and recommendations may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, or affected by provider changes. AgentsEye is informational and does not guarantee billing accuracy, provider availability, savings, or a particular outcome. Verify important account information with the provider.

5. Privacy, updates, and ownership

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Updates may change features for security, compatibility, provider changes, or product development. AgentsEye’s software, branding, and design remain owned by Codeshpere Innovations or its licensors; third-party marks remain the property of their owners.

6. Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentsEye is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free results. Consumer rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codeshpere Innovations and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, provider capacity, opportunity, or goodwill. Total liability is limited to the greater of the amount paid during the preceding 12 months or CAD $25, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

7. Termination and governing law

You may terminate by uninstalling the software. We may terminate or suspend a licence for material breach, misuse, fraud, or a refunded purchase. These terms are governed by Alberta law and applicable federal Canadian law. Courts in Alberta have jurisdiction unless consumer law requires otherwise.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Purchase terms and this agreement form the entire agreement for the software. Questions can be directed through the support contact published here.
